Compassionate Mind Psychology is built on strong commitment and passion for helping people achieve positive mental health and gain greater life satisfaction. It provides young people and adults with the expertise of experienced Clinical Psychologist, Amanda Raff.    

Our Services

We work collaboratively with clients to develop the most effective treatment plans, providing high quality psychological therapy using a range of evidence-based approaches. Amanda is focused on treating a wide range of psychological issues through a variety of treatment approaches.  

What to Expect

All people and all problems are unique. Keeping this front of mind, Compassionate Mind Psychology does not use a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy. Each course of treatment is individualised, based on your personal needs and specific goals.
